Current era can be characterized in many ways. My favorite is this: information wars. We’re living through the times of information wars, being constantly bombarded by different, if not controversial opinions. These opinions often come from “reliable” sources, or at least we attempt to sort them out on the basis of reliability, sometimes misconceived. Some people are perfectly okay with choosing one view over another and sticking to it no matter what, and it’s a valid choice point; but if you’re trying to navigate your way through the sea of (mis)information, read on.

How can we make sense of everything which comes our way? How to figure out what’s right and what’s wrong? Following Inner Guidance is the key because the only true solution to this dilemma is a spiritual one.

Over long periods of Earth history, people identified themselves with and followed various authority figures, being much deeper influenced if friends or family had already been following them. It happens in part because we are very social species who love forming groups; another reason is insecurity, a consequence of being disconnected from our Divine roots. In this state of disconnection, being part of a collective feels a lot better than being a loner. It provides a false sense of security.

While authority figures come and go, our desire to belong survives. “Tell me whom you’re following and I’ll tell you whether you’re a friend or a foe” – becomes a slogan, conscious or not.

Sorting people on this basis is like peeing against the wind; it equals being sorted on this very same basis, which leads nowhere on the path of spiritual evolution. Could it be better to not follow anybody, and listen to the Inner Guidance instead? Embracing Inner Guidance allows for a lot of Light to come through. In turn, the Light illuminates remaining dark areas and facilitates their release. The more darkness is released, the more Light enters. Once initiated, this process goes on and on until all conditioning is released and we return to the Source – but don’t hold your breath! – there’s still a long way to go.

Being a healer, my major driving force is to understand a basic structure of the Universe and how it reflects onto who we are as human species.  Divinity is our Source and inherent nature which is why we are manifesters; we manifest our reality. The key to healing is in taking an ownership of this manifesting potential.  It’s about being responsible for experiences we create in order to perceive the Divine Source from a position of an outsider.

With that in mind, let’s see the Good as an abundance of Divine Light, and the Evil as a lack of the latter – both manifested by us, the Divine beings, for the purpose of learning discernment as a way of reconnecting with our Divine roots. Without this contrast between Good and Evil, it’d be very difficult for us to move up the ladder of spiritual evolution.

Obviously most of us prefer Light but get led astray when searching for it. Not just that, we often end up wandering into truly dark places. The reason for this is a necessity to learn discernment in order to evolve. How can we appreciate the Light without losing it first?

From my experience, the Good and Evil are usually mixed together, as Evil finds its way even into the most Light-oriented spiritual teachings. It’s this maddening mix which presents a true discernment challenge, and as much as you can respect a particular teacher or a school of thought, in the end it all comes to your personal judgement.

Many so called “enlightened” leaders love teaching discernment, only to impose their own views on the unsuspecting audience. Beware of those! Discernment is the hardest thing to learn; it’s an on-going task of a lifetime, a way of the lonely warrior. However without this thorny road, our spiritual evolution would be impossible.

All mystical traditions recognize that we live multiple times. A span of human life is simply not long enough to learn all our lessons, so must come back, over and over again. But must we?

Our true home is Divine Source. Following the scenario of Divine play, we drift so far away from the Source that we perceive ourselves as separate islands of consciousness, forgetting that it’s all a play. In this state of forgetfulness, we are convinced that whenever things go sour, we must set them right. If we hurt somebody, we feel that we should make amends. If we got ourselves hurt, we may wish to return for vengeance. If we lost our beloved to a rival, we want to come back and try again, hoping for fulfillment of our desires next time around. The list goes on and on. We call this a loop, or a wheel of reincarnation, which is being sustained by the most powerful mind construct called Karma.

But what if we suddenly remembered this whole thing was a play? Imagine the sense of freedom coming out of this realization! The loop of reincarnation then would be broken with no need to return.

The word karma is part of everyone’s vocabulary nowadays, even of those who have no interest in spirituality – but people on the spiritual path are especially concerned about it.

– Why is this shit happening to me? Do I have a bad karma?

– Me and my wife fight all the time. It must be some bad karma carried over from past lives.

– That car accident – I knew it was my karma!

Interestingly, these people are probably right – it is karma. Releasing bad karma is indeed very important, but what’s even more important is understanding what karma is. What’s its cause? How did it come to be so deeply rooted in our psyche? When speaking of karma, it’s important to remember that it’s a major mind construct, self-generated to enhance the experience of separation. When seen from this perspective, it’s apparent that we ourselves are both the creator of the problem and the key to its solution. Karma along with other mind constructs should not be taken lightly. These constructs form reality as we know it; there’s no way to make life better without releasing them – but only seeing them for what they are, a self-generated experience, can provide a key for letting them go.

Our true home is joyful curious Divinity.  We are multi-dimensional Divine beings who driven by curiosity choose to live as a separation consciousness, to have an “outsider” experience as a way of learning our Divine nature from a position of separation.  While we are still one with the Source before separation happens, there are no belief systems, clichés, or stereotypes – aka mind constructs.  There’s only “Is-Ness”, the Divinity itself.  The further away we move from Divine Source, the lesser our connection with it.  When in separation, we start feeling lost and try to re-establish this connection, falling into the pits of mind constructs in the process.  It’s all part of a bumpy learning curve.  These constructs constitute a false reality which is meant to gradually disintegrate as we advance on our spiritual path and return home.

We share an awesome ancient planet. Just how old is our Earth? Its history goes so deep into the past it can’t be counted with years. The deeper we go, the less are chances of finding or deciphering records of times past; but it’s clear from those which have been preserved to our day that ancient cultures were aware of the five elements: Water, Fire, Earth, Air, and of course uniting them all Ether. Achieving the harmonious balance of these elements was considered essential for physical and mental health, emotional well-being, and even spiritual development. Some medical traditions of old have carried this knowledge through millennia and still practice it today; however it remains mostly ignored by contemporary Western medicine. Another approach is energy healing. Using spiritual connection with the Divine Source, it is possible to harmonize the elements and make them work in synergy.

Over the years, I came up with an interesting observation.  When in trouble, most people think along these lines: I didn’t deserve this.  Why is this happening to me when I faithfully go to Church every Sunday? Unfortunately, very few recognize themselves as the source of their own problems.  It takes courage to accept responsibility for your own life. The idea of blaming an external power for our misfortunes is very ancient and deeply rooted in human psyche; but as long as we are fixated on it, there’s no moving forward.  Any progress on the way of spiritual evolution requires changing how we think.  Once our thinking process begins turning inward to recognize the inner power, outside world magically transforms.

If you feel something’s very wrong with the world, you are not alone.

I was brought up in an atheistic culture. No god, no Jesus Christ. Only Sir Charles Darwin and his infamous thesis On the Origin of Species. Survival of the fittest. In addition, there were philosophers of materialism, and of course the Science. Science as an opposite to Religion.

Among all this absurdity, accepting it as the means of fitting in seemed the only solution, and fit I tried for many years. Only to see this system of belief crush one day when realization that the God exists came down as a shock wave.

When the dust settled, sense of not belonging came in. After all, one has to believe in something, right? If the atheism system failed, then the opposite should be true. Religion must the safe heaven for a lonely soul.

Serving one true God in the hope of salvation. Putting this God above all other gods. The rules were tough but what did you expect, an easy life? Trying to fit in, again and again, facing the old absurdity wear a new mask. Hitting the wall of limitations. Thou Shalt Not…

When the Religion system crushed too, it went easier. With each subsequent dissolution of belief, more freedom was coming in. When looking back I realized the best moments of my life were those when belief systems crushed leaving what seemed like vacuum behind – but maybe it wasn’t a vacuum? Maybe it was a not yet recognized simple joy of being?

Why not live in this state forever? What drives us to adopt belief systems instead?

I know the day will come when our mind breaks free from limitations of structured beliefs. That day is when we finally awaken from the Matrix.

Ancient Egyptians believed that after a person dies, he faces a test: only if his heart weighs lighter than a feather, is he allowed to move into the heavenly paradise; otherwise he must remain in gloomy underworlds.

Just like in Egypt of old, lightness of heart is still an issue today, and even more so considering constant stress and race for survival. Life is a lot crazier these days and heart is heavier than in those, simpler times.

What if we lived in a land of abundance where soil is rich and crops are plenty, where there are no wars and sheep rests next to a lion? I bet our hearts would be lighter than now.

Let’s then wait till better future arrives… or maybe just give up? I think, neither. Let’s manifest a better life. We all are sparks of Divinity with full power to create what we want.

Book a session for help in manifesting your desires. We’ll work on it together!

Your first baby… Little miracle arrived into the world… New man or woman in the making… What kind of person will it grow up to be?

Parents do their best to raise kids with good values but which values are good?  Those they themselves grew up with, of course!

Thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not commit adultery – just to name a few.

Ever since birth, we are bombarded with rules, teachings, and opinions suggesting we are so far away from perfection we must better ourselves or be damned. What “better” means is determined by the mind, because it’s through the mind that all the “values” land in our consciousness.

Little children don’t yet perceive all complexities of life but their minds are ready to be shaped. Should we shape them in our image and likeness?  Or should we look at ourselves critically and ponder on whether our own upbringing is worth being replicated, over and over again?

What if all people were created perfect, and this perfection was meant to be uncovered through the inner knowledge of the Heart? Doesn’t all imposed dogma drive this inner knowledge to the background and rewire our minds to think we are inherently sinful?

The key is in connecting with our true nature which is Divinity, and Divinity is perfect. Only through Divine help can we move up the ladder of spiritual evolution, and encourage our children to follow.
