Over the years, I came up with an interesting observation. When in trouble, most people think along these lines: I didn’t deserve this. Why is this happening to me when I faithfully go to Church every Sunday? Unfortunately, very few recognize themselves as the source of their own problems. It takes courage to accept responsibility for your own life. The idea of blaming an external power for our misfortunes is very ancient and deeply rooted in human psyche; but as long as we are fixated on it, there’s no moving forward. Any progress on the way of spiritual evolution requires changing how we think. Once our thinking process begins turning inward to recognize the inner power, outside world magically transforms.
